At Apocalypse Design, we take pride in the quality and condition of the items we sell. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure all merchandise remains in resellable condition.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for in-store credit only. We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.

To be eligible for return:

• Items must be in original, unused condition.

• Items must be free of wear, damage, alterations, odors, or any signs of use.

Condition Standards

All returns are subject to inspection.

Apocalypse Design reserves the right to deny any return that:

• Shows signs of wear or use

• Contains damage, stains, stretching, or alterations

• Has been washed, modified, or customized

• Cannot be resold at full retail value

We only accept returns that we are able to resell at full retail cost.

Final Sale 

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Sale or discounted merchandise

In-Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only, valid for future purchases. Store credit does not expire.
