We are implementing a program March 2026 to contact customers via SMS for details on order pick-up and completion. An update from our historical method of phone-call contacting. This system should help improve communication with customers. The Terms/Conditions & Privacy Policy that follows refers to these updates.
Apocalypse Design: Terms & Conditions
Apocalypse Design provides standard-rate SMS (Short Messaging Service) programs which provide various types of information to our customers. Subscribers in our programs have provided express consent to receive recurring messages from Apocalypse Design, while understanding that consent is not a condition of service. Your carrier’s standard message and data rates may apply . All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.
Apocalypse Design will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any text messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.
By subscribing to this text messaging service, you consent to Apocalypse Design collecting and using certain information, including your mobile phone number, your carrier’s name, the date, time, and content of your messages, and other information you provide as part of this service. This information is used to contact you and provide services you request from Apocalypse Design in accordance with the subscription list you’ve enrolled in.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third-party companies for their marketing purposes. However, we may share your information with trusted service providers solely for the purpose of delivering SMS messaging and facilitating communication on behalf of Al’s Bike Shop. These service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as necessary to provide these services and are not permitted to use it for any other purpose. Your information will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to unauthorized third parties.
Apocalypse Design may use an automatic dialing system to deliver text messages to you.
Maximum number of messages per month will vary based on the subscription list you’ve enrolled in. You can unsubscribe at any time by texting STOP and you will receive a text confirming that you have been unsubscribed for the Apocalypse Design text message list.
